Karan Nagrath

Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2009, Karan has about a decade of valuable experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Although his litigation practice is spread across a wide array of practice areas from civil, commercial, business, regulatory etc., so as to support clients in all their requirements, he specializes in criminal matters. He has a special focus on white collar crimes, frauds, bribes and kickbacks, cyber crimes and investigations related thereto. He is adept at providing pre-litigation strategies, advice and opinions, drafting, filing and making appearances before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi Judicial Bodies all over India, for a diverse set of clients across industries. He also has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution and is actively involved in arbitration and mediation. What sets him apart is his ability to channelize his experience towards providing pragmatic, effective, timely and cost-effective solutions with a personal perspective to his clients.

Niharika Nagrath

Niharika specializes in general corporate law, employment law, information technology law, foreign exchange control and allied laws. She actively provides corporate strategy, business and legal advisory on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, angel and private equity investment, inbound and outbound investments, setting up and doing business in India, FEMA and related compliances, conducting due-diligence and heath check-ups for transactions. She has hands on experience in drafting and vetting complex agreements, commercial contracts and transaction documents such as sale purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, assignment deeds, license deeds, service agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture and partnership agreement etc. Information Technology Act, 2000, being one of her focus areas, she is adept with handing matters related thereto including preparing specialized documents such as data privacy policies, IT policies, terms of use etc., as required under the law. She is a dedicated lawyer, who strives, at all times, to ensure that clients receive expeditious solutions, which are tailor made to meet their specific requirements.

Vishal Yadav

A law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, Vishal has about 15 years of professional experience, during which he has represented both individual and corporate clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and Consumer Courts. He is an expert in the regulatory framework with strong understanding of Corporate Laws, FEMA, Labour Laws and Allied Laws. His expertise includes Acquisition of Companies; Joint Ventures; Entry strategy for foreign companies; Assistance in timely compliance of provisions of FEMA; obtaining permissions required from authorities under the various provisions of Companies Act, FEMA, Labour Laws, etc;

Laksh Kundlas

A law graduate from Campus Law Center, Delhi University, and having pursued his bachelors in Science, Financial Service Management with Concentration in Stocks and Investments - Johnson & Wales University, USA, Laksh is adept at providing Investment Advisory Services and Transactional Support for Fund Raising, Merger and Acquisitions and Structuring/ Re-structuring of businesses to clients, both domestic and international and adds immense value to such transactions. Currently, at the Firm, he is also handling new age tech ventures specializing in web 3, blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other IT enabled business.

Madhu Nagrath

Having pursued her LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, Madhu enrolled as an Advocate in the Delhi Bar Council in 1985. She has handled innumerable matters related with corporate and allied laws. With substantial commercial expertise, she has been providing practical and professional assistance on contractual issues covering diverse areas of business.
